Mainland UK orders - Most orders will be delivered by next working day if ordered before 12.00 midday, but please allow up to 2 working days for delivery issues outside our control.
International Customers - It is important to note you may have to pay customs duties and taxes on your item and these local fees will not be included on your Voila Boutique invoice.
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations gives you the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch', it may be possible to cancel your order before it has been dispatched - please contact email@example.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item for whatever reason you are entitled to a refund or exchange (excluding postage charges). Please contact us within 14 days of purchase and return the goods within 28 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your product or simply change your mind, please contact a member of our team by email or phone who will assist you with a return. With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, if you return your purchase after 28 days we reserve the right to not offer you a refund in full.

It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition, completely undamaged and unused. This includes all original packaging and labels.
